Registration must include tuition and a non-refundable one time registration/insurance fee of $15 per student to hold space in class. Class sizes are limited and on a first come first serve basis.
Register in any of the following ways:
- 1) Come to our open house and registration on August 17th between 4:00 - 7:00 pm.
- 2) *Download Class Schedule Brochure and Registration Form. Click "Registration Form" and "Brochure" on your left navigation bar. These are PDF formatted files and require the "Free" Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in. Click on "Tuition" to view the tuition rates or download the printable brochure (tuition rates are included in the printable brochure and registration form).
- 3) *Pick Up Form (available). Fall printed brochures and registration forms will available at the School main entrance door. You can mail or just drop off the registration form through the mail slot at the main door.
- 4) Walk-in. Register at any time during School regular operations. Registration continues September thru October. Classes start Wed. Sep. 6th 2006.

- (*)= Remember: Mail in registrations must include registration fee, tuition and signed form.
Class Information
- All students are subject to class placement and must attend all classes required for placement level.
- All students and guardians need to read the School Policies when registering for classes.
- Parents are responsible for reviewing posted information in the School lobby or web site regarding School closures, calendar, recital information and upcoming events.
- The School has a dress code as described in the School policies. To obtain a copy of the School policies visit our website or pick a copy at the School information board. Street shoes and jeans are not allowed in the classroom.
- All students are subject to a code of conduct and will be asked to leave the classroom and or School if they act in a disrepsectful manner or exhibit behavior that puts the teacher or other students at risk.
- Additional classes can be added based on demand. Contact us if you are interest in a class not listed.
- Creative Dance will be offered for 10 and 12 week sessions that are paid in advance.
- For the safety of our students, please remain inside until your ride arrives.
- Parents need to wait outside of the classroom for their children and are asked not to enter the classroom unless invited in by the instructor.
- Please ask instructors before taking pictures and video.
